Pre-commissioning activities

Experienced engineers of VB GROUP will perform commissioning of electrical equipment. Commissioning can be carried out both as part of complex works on facility design and installation, and separately on another equipment.

Often, commissioning begins at the stage of connecting the power supply, after checking the compliance of the equipment operating modes with the passport data. Such kind of works require specialized education, knowledge and experience. We use our own electrical laboratory 0.4/10/35 kW to set up the equipment.

During commissioning works, it is important to carry out:
  • comprehensive inspection of installation works;
  • inspection and detection of factory defects in electrical equipment;
  • setting up the equipment operation at maximum loads.

There are several stages of commissioning works:

Preparatory

  • Preparation of calculations and commercial proposals for the provided technical design documentation by the customer
  • Approval the deadlines for the completion of the works, cost, payment procedure
  • Design of "Technical requirements for the premises preparation for commissioning"
  • Control of preparatory works by the responsible engineer

Principal

  • Sorting, unpacking and checking the equipment for completeness
  • Revision of equipment for defects
  • Installation and connection
  • Pilot run to check the functionality of the equipment
  • Comprehensive equipment testing to verify performance at maximum loads
  • Testing equipment at idle motion and when simulating force majeure
  • Operational optimization and equipment interaction with all engineering systems of the facility with the launch of a permanent technological process
  • Testing various operating modes

Final

  • Preparation of the test report of performed works
  • Acceptance of completed works by the customer's representative
  • Guidance of the customer's personnel on the rules for the equipment using, recommendations for regulated service and daily care
